INTRODUCTION JOB DESCRIPTION

Nơi làm việc: Phan Rang Tháp Chàm (1 người), LẠng Giang BG (1 người), Thanh Tân Kiến Xương Thái Bình (1 người)

1. Defining customer quality standards and converting them into factory language, training and testing the factory;

2. Participate in customer reception, assist production and operation to communicate with quality, track and deal with quality related problems in production process;

3. Confirm the sample, confirm the process, and issue a report according to the requirements of each node of the production operation. Unqualified rectification requirements and standards, and submission of various quality reports (Vietnamese/English);

4. Organize the inspection of the prenatal meeting, clearly inform the garment inspection standard, conduct regular spot checks, find out the deviation requirements in time to propose corrective requirements, and track the results;

5. According to the customer's AQL standard, carry out pre-inspection of customer QA inspection, pre-inspect the large goods after entering the box, and the final inspection of the unqualified rework will be confirmed by the customer;

6. Regularly summarize the work (factory quality status, qualification rate, customer opinions, etc.), do a good job in the finishing of each paragraph, collect and analyze the problem, draw management experience, report to the superior, as the basis for future prevention.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. College degree or above, major in textile and garment, skilled in operating office software, good at analysis and summary;

2. more than 3 years of clothing jacket products quality QA or QC inspection, familiar with down jackets and press clothing priority;

3. Good knowledge and experience in the prevention of basic quality of raw materials, detection and prevention of raw material quality problems;

4. Can communication skills in English or Chinese
