Development Merchandiser

I. GENERAL INFORMATION

- Hiring position: Development Merchandiser

- Working time: 8h00 AM to 17h00 PM from Monday to Saturday, 2 Saturday off/month.

- We have shuttle bus every day from Bac Giang city to working place (Pick up at Kế Petrol point, chung cư Aqua Park …)

II. JOB DESCRIPTION

- Receive request development: Download the TP within the stipulated time, complete its translation, and transmit it to the technical department on the same day to arrange for technical sampling.

- Place orders for sample materials, follow up on material arrival status, ensure sample garments can be scheduled and produced on time, and achieve perfect delivery.

- Collaborate with the technical department to conduct risk assessments for styles, consolidate sample evaluation feedback from various departments on time, complete the VSR form, and upload it to the vendor portal.

- Book plan with Buyer to submit sample and arrange to send sample to Customer

- Follow up on customer feedback regarding samples and relay it back to the technical department. If re-making samples is necessary, re-arrange materials for sampling.

- Development Testing: Arrange testing for printing/embroidery, snap fasteners, tape sealing, sample garments, etc.,

- Risk assessment: Work together with cross-functional team to make analysis on styling/fabrication/trims risk and close in development stage

- Costing: Prepare quotation sheets for each style based on the cost sheet and raw material prices, control the cost and profit level of each order, obtain approval from the business supervisor and manager, and provide external quotes. Also, track feedback after quotation.

- Maintaining Customer Relationships： Assist the business supervisor and manager in contacting, receiving, and negotiating with visiting clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

III. JOB REQUIREMENT

1 - Work with sales and planning team to negotiate the CMPT price and place the order to suitable factory then finish the contract.

2 - Based on Order Plan to prepare the TNA of merchandiser to control the general order status.

3 - Regular review the production plan from fty and make sure all the order can be finished on time.

4- Tech Control: work with teammates to make sure the document, PP sample, printing/emb can be ready before production.

5 – Material control: work with teammates to make sure the material of each style/po can ready before the production.

6 – Production status control: regular update the production status of each style/po and make sure it can be finished on time

7 – Work with QA team to arrange the inline and final inspection.

8 – Work with shipping dept to arrange the shipment and make sure the order can be shipped out on time!

9 – Others: solve the problem during the production and follow the payment to garment factory.
