QA kiểm mẫu/CFT/Sample QA

Job Purpose: Responsible for managing garment sample development, technical review, fitting evaluation, and cross-functional coordination to ensure product quality and buyer requirements are achieved from development stage to SMS/production stage.

Key Responsibilities

1. Development & Sample Follow-up

• Review sketch, BOM, spec, construction details, and identify discrepancies.

• Coordinate with pattern makers, sewing leaders, and related teams before sample development.

• Follow up sample sewing progress and resolve technical or workmanship issues.

• Conduct handover meetings before cutting and sewing.

2. Sample Review & Technical Evaluation

• Review samples based on sketch, BOM, construction, and measurement requirements.

• Check fitting, measurements, workmanship, seam sealing, bonding, and down distribution.

• Prepare technical comments and fitting reports for buyers and internal teams.

• Coordinate revisions with pattern team and brands if needed.

3. SMS & Production Support

• Review SMS samples and ensure all technical points are aligned before production.

• Support QA and production teams during SMS and pilot production stages.

• Coordinate with QA, production, and workshop teams to resolve issues.

4. Documentation & Communication

• Upload technical comments, fitting files, measurements, and sample records into the system.

• Communicate with buyers regarding sample status and technical issues.

• Participate in fitting reviews and technical meetings.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Garment Technology or related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in garment QA, Technical, Development, or CFT roles.

• Good knowledge of garment construction, fitting, and sample development.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• English communication skill is preferred.
