Tuyển dụng Field Force Support Executive (Sales Rep Management) tại Hồ Chí Minh

1. Manage SR team and Sales Rep leader in South region

- Survey and evaluate dealer display

- Cooperate with vendor to recruit, training, allocate SR

- Supervise SR working by system/real timing checking issue at south

- Evaluate sell out performance and KPI of all SR and proceed the payroll.

- Analyze sell out/sell through/display/market price data to propose ideas to value up area sell out capacity

2. Shop front display

- To prepare sell out and market information to discus and negotiate with dealers for sell out campaign, implement sell out activities scheduled by dealers to maximize effect of ROI and maximize sell out;

- Manage display sample and showcases by unique guideline in consensus with Marketing and Sales

- Manage new models launching and strategic models (display/sell out/market feedback)

- Manage of receiving and implementation POSM of all categories

3. POP management

- Handle and manage POP for deployment progress.

4. Others:

- Support others as Manager request

Yêu cầu công việc

- College/ Bachelor's Degree in relevant major.

- From 2 years of relevant working experience

- Experienced and keen on pursuing long term sales career path

- Can-do attitude, willing to learn, growth mindset.

- Good communication skill both in English and Vietnamese
