We are currently looking an L&D Executive to supports business units with learning needs, manages LMS operations, analyzes training data, and handles training logistics, including orientation, scheduling, and vendor coordination with details as below:

Yêu cầu công việc
- 2–3 years of experience in Learning & Development.
- Strong verbal and written communication/presentation skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, e-learning tools or LMS module is preferred.
- Basic understanding of learning & development approaches is preferred.
- Resilient, proactive, and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
