ABOUT THE COMPANY

Our client is a newly established manufacturing company backed by an international group, currently setting up a greenfield manufacturing facility in Hung Yen to serve the Australian market.

THE ROLE

We are looking for an ERP / Digital System Support professional to lead the implementation and ongoing administration of the company's Odoo-based ERP system (via Vindoo), while also supporting day-to-day IT operations.

This is a hands-on, build-and-run role combining ERP ownership, user training, troubleshooting and general IT support in a fast-growing manufacturing environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. ERP Implementation – Odoo / Vindoo

Lead the internal implementation of the Odoo-based ERP system, working closely with the external implementation team and international Odoo developers.

Support ERP rollout across multiple business and product streams.

Configure modules, workflows, approval processes and reporting based on business requirements.

Work with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, QC and HR to translate business requirements into ERP solutions.

Support the integration between Odoo/Vindoo and MISA for Vietnamese accounting requirements.

2. ERP Administration & Support

Own day-to-day ERP administration, including user access, system configuration, workflows and data integrity.

Act as the key internal contact for ERP-related issues and coordinate with the external ERP vendor.

Manage issue escalation, change requests and system improvements.

Maintain system documentation, SOPs and user guides.

Support data migration, backups and future system upgrades.

3. User Training & Change Management

Design and deliver ERP training for users across Production, QC, Supply Chain, Finance and HR.

Develop practical training materials and user guides.

Provide first-line support for ERP-related questions and troubleshooting.

Help drive user adoption and ensure ERP processes are properly implemented across departments.

4. General IT Support & Infrastructure

Support the initial IT setup of the new manufacturing facility.

Advise on and coordinate procurement of IT hardware and software.

Manage day-to-day IT operations covering network, email, AutoCAD, hardware and factory-floor devices/tablets.

Manage laptops, workstations, printers, network equipment and other IT assets.

Provide general troubleshooting and IT support to employees.

Support basic IT security, access control and data protection practices.

Coordinate IT vendors and software licensing where required.

4–6+ years of experience in ERP implementation, administration or system support.

Hands-on Odoo experience is essential; experience with Vindoo is a strong advantage.

Experience working with ERP systems in a manufacturing or trading environment is highly preferred.

Solid general IT knowledge covering networking, hardware, email systems and basic IT security.

Experience in ERP implementation, user training and troubleshooting.

Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.

Comfortable working with external implementation partners and international stakeholders.

Able to work independently and take ownership in a lean, fast-growing organisation.

Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, hands-on mindset.
