- Evaluate credit worthiness by processing loan applications and documentation

- Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans

- Determine all applicable ratios and metrics and set up debt payment plans

- Communicate with clients via phone/ direct meet / site visit the mortgage or customer's addresses either to request or to provide or to verify information and assess the customer credit worthiness and background.

- Complete loan contracts and counsel clients on policies and restrictions

- Update job knowledge on types of loans and other financial services

- Assess customer needs, explore all options and introduce different types of loans to develop referral networks, suggest alternate channels and cross-sell products and services

- Build trust relationships, customer loyalty and satisfaction throughout the underwriting process

- Οperate in compliance with laws and regulations and adhere to lending compliance guidelines

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field

- Good interpersonal and communication skills in English

- Good math and computer skills

- Proven working experience as a Loan Officer

- Solid understanding of lending products and practices

- Comprehensive understanding of lending regulations

- Excellent communication, customer-service, and time-management skills

- Highly detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic, strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency, high responsibility in teamwork

- High self-motivated and committed

- Ability to pass a background check
