Distribution Center Warehouse Manager ($1500, ID 21411)

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Distribution Center Warehouse Manager ($1500, ID 21411)
- Optimize and authorize outsourced staffing levels (OS manpower) to maintain peak operational productivity.
- Prepare accurate operational briefings, inventory status logs, and data summaries for the executive board and clients.
- Handle and resolve floor issues promptly; escalate critical operational challenges to the Direct Manager when necessary.
- Drive continuous improvement and process restructuring initiatives to maximize overall warehouse efficiency.
- Manage and sign off on extra working hours in strict compliance with internal guidelines and Vietnamese labor laws.
- Audit and track the utilization and maintenance of material handling equipment (MHE), unit load devices (ULD), and packaging consumables.
- Formulate reconciled inventory movement logs, including Goods Receipt (GR) and Goods Issue (GI) documentation.
- Approve exceptional operational claims, freight variations, and incidental costs.
- Implement structured training workshops for floor personnel to upgrade skills and eliminate operational errors.
- Regulate facility expenditures by closely controlling workforce, material, and equipment lifecycles.
- Enforce absolute alignment with safety codes, asset protection standards, and 5S workplace organization methodologies.
- Fulfill additional strategic tasks as required by company leadership.
Yêu cầu công việc
- University degree or equivalent higher education credentials in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive exposure in logistics warehouse operations, including at least 5 years holding a dedicated managerial title.
- Direct operational background within specialized cold-chain setups, Fresh foods facilities, or FMCG distribution centers is highly preferred.
- Capable of working autonomously and executing parallel work streams seamlessly under high-pressure conditions.
- Strong computer literacy, particularly in MS Office applications (Excel, Access) alongside functional familiarity with WMS and ERP systems.
- Functional business English proficiency, with clear competence in reading and professional writing.
- Proven leadership capabilities in personnel management, tactical problem-solving, and decisive operational control.
