Digital Content Executive (CRM, Email Marketing)

1. Job Responsibilities:

Blog & SEO Execution:

• Conduct keyword research and identify trending topics to support content production.
• Write, edit, and optimize SEO-friendly articles for the Blog channel according to the content plan.
• Monitor article performance and provide periodic reports on traffic and keyword rankings.

CRM Content Execution:

• Draft copy for daily CRM campaigns, including Email Marketing, App Push, and SMS.
• Set up content within the CRM system and perform thorough testing of displays and links before deployment.
• Collaborate with the Design team for visual assets/templates and execute A/B testing on subject lines and body copy to optimize CTR.

Other:

• Coordinate with relevant teams (Design, BI, IT) to ensure messaging is accurate and synchronized across channels.
• Report on work progress and handle additional tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Knowledge, education or equivalent qualifications

• SEO research & content
• How to use measurement tools like GA, Netcore dashboard
• Basic knowledge of marketing, content marketing, CRM
• Experience in using WordPress, content management systems (CMS)
• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, marketing, or a related field
• At least 1 year of blog management experience
• Proficient in AI, SEO, and automation tools for content creation.

Technical or hard skills:

• Copywriting
• Good at teamwork
• Attention-to-detail
