Key Responsibilities
DevOps & Software Deployment
• Support software deployment, configuration, upgrades, releases and maintenance across development, test and production environments.
• Manage source code and deployment processes using Git and Azure DevOps.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and release processes using Octopus Deploy.
• Support Docker-based deployments and, where applicable, Kubernetes environments.
• Troubleshoot deployment and environment-related issues.
• Coordinate with the Italy development team on application-level issues and fixes.
Cloud & Infrastructure
• Support cloud-based APM environments using Microsoft Azure and AWS.
• Support Windows Server and Linux environments.
• Monitor and support virtual machines, storage, networking, IAM/access management and system health.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and connectivity issues.
• Support environment setup and configuration for new customer projects.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
• Investigate application, database, deployment and integration issues.
• Analyse logs, system behaviour and configuration to identify root causes.
• Support testing, issue resolution and validation of fixes.
• Escalate complex product issues to the Italy-based software development and data engineering teams.
• Maintain technical documentation and troubleshooting procedures.
Customer & Project Support
• Work closely with the Regional Technical Lead and Project Manager during customer implementation and support.
• Support customer deployment, testing and go-live activities.
• Coordinate with customer IT teams on infrastructure, connectivity and integration requirements.
• Participate in technical discussions and communicate technical issues and solutions clearly.
Develop Additional Skills Over Time
• Use Python and SQL for troubleshooting, data validation and automation.
• Build knowledge of the APM platform and renewable-energy assets such as Solar PV, Wind and BESS.
• Gradually develop data-analysis and renewable-energy domain expertise.
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Compu

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
Software Engineering, Engineering or a related technical discipline.
Experience
• 2–5 years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, software deployment, IT operations, application support or a related technical role.
• Hands-on experience supporting software environments, deployments or production systems.
• Experience with enterprise or cloud-based applications is preferred.
• Customer-facing technical project or system implementation experience is an advantage.
