Deputy Manager – E-Commerce (Frozen Food Business)

• Manage and optimize operations across e-commerce platforms and owned channels to achieve sales targets.
• Lead and supervise the team in content creation, website operation, and campaign execution.
• Plan and allocate digital marketing budgets effectively across platforms.
• Develop engaging marketing content and advertising campaigns.
• Manage customer acquisition, customer relationships, and customer journey processes.
• Monitor advertising performance, conduct A/B testing, and analyze campaign effectiveness.
• Coordinate with IT and Logistics teams to ensure smooth website, payment, and fulfillment operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration, MIS, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• Experience in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, data analysis, and fulfillment management.
• Strong analytical, planning, and team management skills.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position.
