Assistant Sales Manager (Frozen Food Business)

• Develop and implement frozen food sales and market expansion plans.
• Develop new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct market research and identify business opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and process customer orders.
• Coordinate delivery arrangements and monitor order fulfillment.
• Follow up customer payments and manage receivables.
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate sales team performance.
• Prepare sales reports and perform other tasks assigned by management.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• Experience in food sales, distribution, FMCG, supermarkets, convenience stores, or restaurant chains.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
