Data Analyst

Theo quy định pháp luật hiện hành về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân, bao gồm Luật Bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân và các văn bản hướng dẫn thi hành, Công ty Tài chính TNHH MTV Home Credit Việt Nam (“Home Credit”) thực hiện việc thu thập và xử lý dữ liệu cá nhân của ứng viên nhằm phục vụ hoạt động tuyển dụng và các mục đích liên quan theo Thỏa thuận, Thông báo và Chấp thuận xử lý dữ liệu cá nhân.

Bằng việc nộp hồ sơ ứng tuyển cho Home Credit thông qua Vietnamworks/ Linkedin/ITviec, Anh/Chị xác nhận đã đọc, hiểu và đồng ý với nội dung của Thỏa thuận, Thông báo và Chấp thuận xử lý dữ liệu cá nhân tại đường dẫn sau: AGREEMENT, NOTICE, ACCEPTANCE FOR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING, đồng thời đồng ý để Home Credit thu thập và xử lý dữ liệu cá nhân của Anh/Chị theo quy định pháp luật hiện hành

OBJECTIVE

1. Data Analysis & Insights (20%)

• Extract and analyze data from Data Warehouse (Oracle / Big Data platforms)

• Identify trends, patterns, and business insights to support decision-making

• Perform ad-hoc analysis for Sales Network, Sales Operations, and TLS team

2. Dashboard & Reporting Development (30%)

• Design and develop interactive dashboards using Power BI

• Build and maintain scalable datasets for business users

• Optimize data models and report performance (DAX, incremental refresh)

3. Stakeholder Collaboration (30%)

• Work closely with business teams to understand requirements

• Translate business needs into data solutions

• Provide training and support for dashboard and data usage

4. Process Automation (10%)

• Automate data workflows and reporting processes using:

• Python

• Airflow

• Power Automate

• Replace manual processes with efficient, reliable pipelines

5. Data Governance & Quality (5%)

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability

• Support data governance initiatives, including PII data protection

• Monitor and control access to datasets

6. Other tasks assigned by line manager (5%)

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information System or related field.

• Have at least 1+ year of experience in data analysis, business analysis (experience in the same position of finance industry is a plus).

• Proficient in Word, Excel (Advanced), PowerPoint,

• Experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX)

• Good knowledge in SQL and database structures.

• Strong programming, analytical and problem-solving skills.
