Customs Compliance & Material Balance Specialist (EPE, $1150, ID 21564)

- Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for a Customs Compliance & Material Balance Specialist (EPE, $1150, ID 21564)
- Control inventory balances of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods; investigate discrepancies between system and physical inventory, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage BOM for finished goods, WIP, and export samples based on actual material consumption; maintain customs codes and BOM accuracy for customs finalization.
- Monitor inventory movements across financial years, including materials with different customs codes and return/rework/re-export transactions (G13, G23).
- Manage disposal and sale of raw materials, fixed assets, machinery, tools, scrap, and waste in compliance with customs regulations.
- Determine appropriate export customs codes for shipments and coordinate inventory reconciliation between Finance and Supply Chain.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual customs reports, including the Annual Customs Finalization Report.
- Update customs data in ECUS, ensure compliance with EPE import/export regulations, support customs audits, and assist with other import/export activities as required.

- Graduate from University
- Have 3 years of experience in a similar position, specializing in logistics management within EPE manufacturing companies.
- Strong hands-on experience in handling customs documentation and import/export documentation; Proficient in BOM (Bill of Materials) creation and management.
- Fluent in English.
