Customs Clearance Staff (CO Staff)

• Operate and Manage Export Certificate of Origin (COO) related works
• Make the Export COO documents for submission to government
• Check the origin criteria, issue Material item list of Goods.
• Collect and check Appendix (X), BOM of materials.
• Prepare and check the full set of documents for COO application.
• Discuss and make O/L if there are issues with Issuing Authorities.
• Declare COO and upload documents on the MOIT system (Ecosy).
• Management of Export COO lead time compared with ATD.
• Management of Export COO issue from Government, find solutions to solve issues, avoid COO rejected.
• Management of Export COO status, check reason of pending shipments and overdue shipments.
• Coordinate with other departments or customers to handle COO related issues.
• Complete the data on the COO management systems and related work reports.
• Others job assigned by Leaders & Managers.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• College or university graduated, preferred in customs clearance;
• Background knowledge in import-export, shipping, logistics or freight-forwarding industry.
• 1 year of similar job position, preferred customs clearance position in a production, logistics or freight forwarding company.
• Able to adapt quickly to new working network and system;
• Able to work independently and under high pressure, able to do multi-task;

Able to work overtime.
