Warehouse Manager

(1)  OVERALL SCOPE OF THE ORGANISATION

WCM warehouse manager is responsible to manage the entire operations in Song Than Fresh DC.

Collaborate closely with customer, LSP and other departments in Samsung SDS to ensure smooth operations.

Manage operation directly, Control vendors, Solve issues, Key Account Management.

Management of WCM Song Than Fresh DC.

Manage to achieve productivity target & cost efficiency.

(3)   ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position is responsible to manage all activities in WCM Song Than Fresh DC.

Daily:

Supervise and monitor all warehouse operations to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.

Manage and ensure OS manpower booking sufficient and reasonable for daily operation.

Prepare and submit daily reports to management and clients.

Address and resolve operational issues promptly, escalating to the immediate Manager when necessary.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and overall warehouse performance.

Manage and approve daily overtime hours in compliance with company policy and Vietnamese labor law.

Monitoring closely MHE, ULD and consumable usages within warehouse operation.

Track and report daily inbound/outbound activities and manpower usage, irregular reports.

Ensure the warehouse adheres to 5S principles, safety, and security regulations.

Weekly:

Provide weekly reports on warehouse status and manpower

Review inbound/outbound and manpower plans to ensure targets are achieved.

Monitor manpower booking plans to maintain target productivity levels

Automation performance monitoring and report.

Monthly:

GR, GI Report

Process and approve extra-cost cases and claims.

Oversee the regular training plan for warehouse staff to improve skills and reduce errors

Lead the preparation and presentation of KPI reports

Monitor and control operating costs, including manpower, materials, and equipment.

Other Job:

Other work assigned by Warehouse manager.

University graduated

(a)  EXPERIENCE:

At least 10-year experience in logistics warehouse operation, including 5 years in warehouse management, Fresh foods, cold-chain, FMCG distribution center is preferred.

(b)  SKILLS:

Able to work independently and able to handle multi-task

Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

Able to work under pressure & able to work over time (if any).

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Access, etc.)

English skills (Reading & Writing)

Be familiar with WMS & ERP

Good communication, People management skills

Problem-solving & decision making.
