As a Customer Support Executive at TeenCare, you'll be the voice families hear when they reach out with a question or concern — fast, warm, and genuinely helpful, every time.
What you'll do
- Respond to customers across chat, messaging, and hotline channels during your assigned shift.
- Keep first response times fast — families shouldn't have to wait.
- Resolve straightforward questions and issues; escalate complex cases to the CS Leader.
- Log every interaction accurately in our systems.
- Keep satisfaction high through a professional, caring approach to every conversation.

Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Hospitality, Service Management, or other related fields.
- Experience in customer support (chat or hotline) is a plus.
- Strong communicator, patient, and able to handle multiple conversations at once.
- Willing to work shifts, including evenings/weekends when needed. (Work shifts: 8:30AM - 6:00PM or 1:30PM - 10:00PM)
- Familiarity with tools like Intercom is a plus.
