You will work directly with the CEO on execution, coordination, and thinking support across fundraising, operations, and internal projects.
This is a serious role with real responsibility. It is not glamorous. It is not cushy. But it is formative.

Execution & LeverageTurn rough ideas into clear plans, docs, and trackersFollow up across teams and partners until things are doneOwn small but critical projects end-to-endThinking & JudgmentPrepare briefs for investor meetings and key decisionsSynthesize messy information into sharp summariesSpot inconsistencies, risks, and blind spots earlyOperations & ExposureSit in on leadership, fundraising, and strategy conversationsCoordinate across functions without formal authorityHandle sensitive information with maturity and discretionTime & Focus ProtectionHelp prioritize what matters and kill what doesn’tFilter noise and manage communication flowLearn when and how to say “no”
