Customer Service Specialist

• Work with vendors, customers and internal teams to achieve customer’s expected service level.
• Check Vendor Invoices: Compare billing data from suppliers with actual operations to ensure all charges are correct. Find and resolve any wrong prices or extra fees with suppliers.
• Process Payments: Prepare and handle the payment process for suppliers on time. Make sure all supporting documents are verified and complete before paying.
• Manage Contracts: Keep track of expiration dates for contracts with both customers and suppliers. Remind the team to renew them on time to avoid service gaps.
• Double-Check Team Billing: Review customer billing data prepared by other team members to ensure accuracy before sending the final debit note to customers.
• Admin Support: Keep contracts, rate cards, and financial records well-organized (both paper and digital files). Execute other customer service tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

-      Good spoken and written English, ability to speak Chinese is an advantage.

-      Strong customer service mindset with a proactive “can-do” attitude

-      Well-versed with MS office applications.

-      Careful & Detail-Oriented

-      Customer-oriented, fast response.

-      Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

-      Proactive, responsible, and team-oriented mindset.

-      Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, Economics, Finance, or related fields

-      2-3 years in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Warehousing, Customer Service, or Admin/Billing          roles, preferably with a 3PL or Distributor.

-      Familiarity with WMS/SAP or similar warehouse systems is an advantage.

-      Working experience in Bonded warehouse is an advantage.
