Customer Service Specialist

1. Quotation & Pricing

- Prepare Freight quotations (Ocean & Air) based on customers' requirements and Incoterms.

- Submission bidding monthly/ quarterly or annually.

- Coordinate with Pricing team and Overseas offices to obtain competitive rates.

2. Customer relationship management

- Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure business.

- Handle customers' inquiries and resolve Service, quotations, or operational issues promptly and professionally.

- Provide other support to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.

3. Vendor & internal coordination

Coordinate with Trucking vendors, Customs brokers and relevant internal teams to arrange trucking and customs clearance services when required.

4. Contract & report

- Prepare and process Service contracts in accordance with Company internal procedures.

- Report or doing tracking shipment, following customers’ or manager’s request.

5. Payment follow-up

- Follow up our imcumbent customers' payment plan to report timely to Managers and minimize overdue status.

Yêu cầu công việc

- University degree

- Having 5 years of experience in Customer Service/Operations within Freight Forwarding or Logistics.

- Good knowledge of Ocean Freight, Air Freight and Incoterms.

- Good communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and independently .

- Good command of English (email communication and documentation). Korean speaking is an advantage
