Sea Export Assistant Manager

1. Operation

- Handle sea export shipments from booking to cargo departure and file closing.

- Coordinate with shipping lines, overseas agents, trucking vendors, and related parties.

2. Documentation

- Prepare and process export documentation accurately and timely.

- Ensure compliance with customer and company requirements.

3. Customer Service

- Follow up shipment status and provide timely updates to customers.

- Resolve operational issues and maintain service quality.

4. Reporting & Others

- Update systems and prepare reports as required.

- Support continuous improvement activities and perform other tasks assigned by the Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Booking, Customer Service, or Documentation within a Freight Forwarder.

2. Good at English

3. Proficiency in MS Excel is highly desirable.

4. Strong problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and a customer-centric attitude.

5. CV in English. Vietnamese is unacceptable.
