Your Impact:

- Lead strategic business development across Air freight markets.

- Build and convert a high-value customer pipeline with focus on local and regional clients

- Find news customers, news account, expand more Air freight business

- Develop competitive pricing and solution strategies that align with customer goals.

- Oversee shipment P&L performance and ensure financial sustainability.

- Keep contact, meeting regular with customer

- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Customer Service, and global partners to ensure seamless execution.

- Do market research and report to Sales Director

Yêu cầu công việc

- Fluent English speaking and email writing

- 7+ years in Air freight Sales position

- Strong expertise in Sales strategy, client management, and solution selling.

- Solid understanding of supply chain, pricing, and end-to-end logistics operations.

- A results-driven mindset with strategic thinking and commercial acumen.

- High customer service-oriented mindset
