Customer Service Section Leader

- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, HS codes, tax refund policies, quality inspection, special cargo, and CDS declarations.

- Monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery.

- Control debit notes and settlement accuracy.

- Handle urgent shipments and resolve CDS, delivery, payment, and settlement issues.

- Coordinate with Customs and government authorities.

- Manage key customer accounts and resolve escalated issues.

- Review buying and selling quotations.

- Assign tasks and monitor team performance and service quality.

- Train, coach, and develop team members.

- Prepare reports and support process improvements.

Yêu cầu công việc

- University degree in Logistics, Import–Export, Customs, or related fields

- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics customer service and/or customs operations

- Hands-on experience in customs clearance coordination with strong knowledge of Vietnam Customs regulations, including declaration processes, HS code classification, tax policies (import duty, VAT, special tax), and import/export permits

- Strong leadership, team management, and ownership mindset

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure, especially in customs-related issues

- Good communication and negotiation skills

- Strong sense of responsibility, compliance awareness, and service-oriented mindset

- Customer-oriented, proactive, and accountable

- Good command of English (4 skills)
