• Choose between rotating shifts or full night shifts.

• Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, chats, and messages to support customers using travel & flight booking applications.

• Assist customers with inquiries about trips, bookings, cancellations, changes, and complaints.

• Provide accurate and complete information in accordance with company procedures.

• Ensure high-quality customer service and a positive customer experience.

• Work on a 24/7 rotating shift schedule, 9 hours/shift (including 1.5 hours of break).

• 2 days off per week, arranged based on the work schedule.

Yêu cầu công việc

• High school diploma or above.

• Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing – 100% English-speaking environment.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Responsible, patient, and eager to learn and develop.

• Willing to work on 24/7 rotating shifts.

WORKING HOURS: Rotating shifts 24/7, 9 hours per shift (including 1.5 hours of rest).

  Base Salary: 7,500,000 vnd/month.
