Customer Service & Documentation Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding shipment inquiries and updates.

• Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, carriers, transport providers, and internal departments.

• Provide timely shipment status updates and resolve customer concerns professionally.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high service standards.

• Handle quotations and support sales activities when required.

• Ready to work in any department as required by management.

Documentation

• Prepare and process shipping documents, including:

o Bill of Lading (B/L)

o Air Waybill (AWB)

o Commercial Invoice

o Packing List

o Delivery Orders

o Customs-related documents

• Verify document accuracy and compliance with shipping regulations.

• Coordinate with carriers, airlines, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure smooth cargo movement.

• Maintain proper filing and record management of shipment documentation.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, shipping, or customer service.

• Good understanding of import/export procedures and shipping documentation.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.

• Good command of English (spoken and written).

• Experience with freight forwarding software is an advantage.
