Customer Quality/ Customer Response Engineer (New Semiconductor Project)

- Act as the key technical contact point to coordinate and respond to customer requirements and technical issues.

- Participate in regular customer meetings to report performance, project progress, improvement activities, and key issues.

- Coordinate and support customer audits, including preparation of required documents, data, and corrective action plans.

- Monitor, analyze, and manage departmental performance indicators (KPIs); work closely with relevant teams to drive improvement initiatives.

- Analyze production and quality data, investigate root causes of issues, and develop/implement corrective and preventive actions.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and technical issues within the required timeline.

- Consolidate and report improvement progress, issue status, and action plans to customers and management.

- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Automation, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related technical fields.

- At least 3 years of experience in process resolution engineering/ industrial engineering/ customer-facing/customer response roles within the semiconductor manufacturing industry.

- Good command of English, with the ability to communicate and work directly with customers.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.

- Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

- Experience in customer audit, KPI management, quality improvement, and corrective action is preferred.
