The role
You are the face of the guest journey at Number 160 Spa. You welcome guests, run consultations in our lounge, understand what each guest needs today, and guide them to the right treatment. You turn first visits into bookings — and bookings into guests who come back.

• Experience in consultation, advisory or premium guest-facing roles
• Confident English; Korean, Chinese or Japanese a strong plus (several even better)
• Natural ease with guests — warm, attentive, zero friction
• Sales flair: you enjoy closing without ever feeling pushy
• Genuine interest in beauty and health · immaculate appearance and presence
