THE ROLE

You are our content engine. You create the daily visual output that makes people discover, follow, and book us — short-form video first.

• Shoot and edit short-form video yourself (TikTok, Instagram Reels) — phone-first, fast turnaround, high volume

• Photograph treatments, spaces, products, and events (art exhibitions, openings)

• Own the posting cadence: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile

• Capture content across our locations and projects (starting with Number 160)

• Work from our content playbook — and help improve it

• Collaborate with management on campaign content (reopening, Tet, Valentine)

Yêu cầu công việc

MUST-HAVE

• Proven short-form video skills: you shoot, cut, and publish end-to-end (show us your account or portfolio — this matters more than your CV)

• Creative mind: you bring your own ideas for hooks, formats, and attention-grabbing concepts — not just execution. Show us content where the idea was yours.

• Strong sense for trends, hooks, and what performs on TikTok/Reels

• Solid smartphone videography + basic photography

• Editing fluency (CapCut or similar)

• Self-organized: you plan, shoot, and deliver without daily supervision

• Based in HCMC, comfortable working on-site in District 1

NICE-TO-HAVE

• Vietnamese copywriting (captions, community replies)

• Basic English

• Experience in beauty, wellness, F&B, or lifestyle brands

• Photo editing (Lightroom)
