Product Manager (Cosmetics)

You own product and service across sapawoo. You report to the CEO and work closely with our spa leadership team.

Product — Cosmetics

• Lead the launch of our own cosmetics line end to end: concept, formulation partners, production, registration, launch

• Own sourcing and supplier management for all treatment and retail products (oils, herbs, balms, retail SKUs), including quality control

• Manage the path from reseller products to white-label to own-brand manufacturing (incl. international ODM partners)

• Ensure Vietnamese cosmetics regulatory compliance (product notification, labeling, claims)

Service — Spa

• Co-define spa treatments and service concepts together with our spa professionals, operations lead and CEO

• Translate guest needs into treatment and product decisions — customer-centric, not catalog driven

Market & Pricing

• Run market, competitor and price analyses

• Own pricing for treatments and retail products

• Bring structured product management practice: roadmap,

testing, launch discipline

Yêu cầu công việc

• Strong customer understanding — you think from the guest's perspective first

• Deep knowledge of the cosmetics market and cosmetics production; you have brought products to market before

• Familiarity with Vietnamese cosmetics regulation is a strong plus

• Experience in product management: market analysis, pricing, structured launches

• Fluent English (must); Vietnamese fluent (supplier and production side runs in Vietnamese)

• Hands-on, founder-led environment: you visit the supplier, you smell the oil, you test the treatment
