CRM & Promotion Executive (Retail/ Shoppingmall)

1. Promotion Campaign, Event & Gift Management

• Plan and execute monthly, quarterly, and seasonal promotional campaigns to drive customer traffic and sales.

• Coordinate with relevant authorities to obtain necessary permits and ensure compliance for promotional activities.

• Collaborate with internal departments, tenants, agencies, and external partners to implement promotional campaigns and recruiting LS.POINT member events effectively.

• Manage the end-to-end development of promotional gifts, including concept planning, supplier sourcing, quotation, request design, purchasing, quality control, and delivery.

• Plan gift procurement and inventory to ensure sufficient stock for all promotional campaigns.

• Oversee gift redemption operations, monitor stock movement, and ensure accurate inventory records and reporting.

• Coordinate with Service Lounge and Operations teams to ensure a smooth and efficient gift redemption process.

• Supervise on-site campaign and event execution, ensuring smooth operations and prompt issue resolution.

• Prepare post-campaign reports and analyze campaign performance to identify improvement opportunities.

2. LS.POINT CRM & Loyalty Program Management

• Manage and optimize the LS.POINT membership application to enhance customer engagement and retention.

• Develop and implement member-exclusive promotions and loyalty campaigns.

• Plan and organize member events, activations, and engagement programs to increase membership acquisition and loyalty.

• Monitor campaign performance and customer insights to improve CRM effectiveness.

3. Service Lounge Operations

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the Service Lounge during promotional campaigns and member activities.

• Monitor service standards and operational readiness to deliver a seamless customer experience.

• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve operational issues and support smooth campaign execution.

• Provide operational guidance and campaign briefings to frontline staff.

• Review customer feedback and operational performance, and recommend improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency..

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Promotion, Event Management, CRM, Retail Marketing.

• Experience in organizing promotional events and managing promotional gifts or redemption programs is highly preferred.

• Strong project coordination, planning, and multitasking skills.

• Good analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.

• Good command of English.
