Sales Accountant - Nhân Viên Kế Toán

• Monitor daily revenue figures and update them in the system accurately and on time.
• Regularly review operations to ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and procedures.
• Ensure tenants make rental and deposit payments in full and within the agreed timeline.
• Manage and maintain documents related to tenancy agreement changes, including notifications, terminations, and liquidations.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports in accordance with accounting regulations and management requirements.
• Issue rental invoices to tenants accurately and promptly.
• Follow up on overdue payments and bad debts to ensure timely collection.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience working in related positions in Retail Industry (Shopping Mall, Mart, Supermarket, Building, and apartment)
• Good communication skills in both English & Vietnamese
• Experience with SAP ( SAP B1, SAP HANA)
