Sales Analysis & Budget Control Assistant

1. Sales Analysis & Strategic Planning

- Collect, analyze, and evaluate business performance data; deliver insights and reports to the Sales Planning Manager, General Manager and Store Director (Daily, weekly, monthly, yearly)

- Identify key issues and opportunities in sales operations and marketing strategies; recommend data-driven solutions to optimize performance

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making

- Conduct competitors researches and retail market for further insights.

- Develop sales forecasts and define performance targets (daily, monthly, yearly) aligned with business objectives

- Prepare ad hoc reports as requested by senior management

2. Budget Control

- Support budget planning (monthly/quarterly/yearly) and allocate budget by cost items

- Track and control spending against the approved budget

- Review actual vs budget, identify gaps, and highlight any overspending risks

- Prepare regular budget reports and provide data for management decisions

- Work closely with other teams and Finance team to manage monthly expenses and support internal audits

- Support improvements in cost control processes and help increase budget efficiency.

3. Additional Responsibilities

- Support cross-functional initiatives related to business operations and compliance as assigned

- Other Tasks assigned by line Manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Analysis or related fields

- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint

- Solid understanding of retail operations and key performance metrics (e.g., shopping mall business model, achievement rate, growth rate, efficiency, effect rate, average transaction value, seasonality, and competitive landscape).

- Good communication skills in English
