- Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Costing Team Leader (Manufacturing, 1330 USD, ID15971)
- Responsible for manufacturing costing activities, including estimating costs of new or special products to establish selling prices and production forecasts.
- Responsible for periodic consolidation of manufacturing costs for payroll, inventory accounting, plant labor allocation, verification of actual costs and variance calculations.
- Responsible for unifying manufacturing cost calculations across manufacturing departments.
- Responsible for reviewing and streamlining the budget process related to manufacturing costs.
- Drive process automation and streamline actual and budget processes.
- Responsible for overall cost management.
- Responsible for cost-related reports and cost referrals across manufacturing locations.
- Monitor, analyze and benchmark factory production and development costs.
- Document and manage inputs for product costing.
- Coordinate with Sales & Operations teams on product volume forecasting.
- Prepare, analyze and report weekly, monthly, quarterly gross profit margin analysis.
- Maintain internal control documentation and internal control audits.
- Prepare detailed account analysis and reconcile sales, expense and inventory accounts, accounts receivable by customer type by department.
- Review and analyze inventory and margin reports, conduct research and perform analytical studies related to cost and profit analysis.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Female/Male, under 45 years old.
- Graduated from University above.
- Having 5 years of experience in costing.
- Prefer having CPA certificate.
- Good at English.
