Consumer Banking Business Development Staff (Senior)

+ Partnership management: full responsible end to end, to maintain & management specific partners that allocated from BD Head, including but not limited to complaints/requests handling from partners and monthly fee reconciliation

+ Partners Expansion: Actively seek and identify new potential medium & big partners from various online/offline channels which have good quality database customers, expanding the CUB market presence and exploring new business opportunities through detailed market research.

+ Business negotiation: Prepare proposal/presentation, represent for CUB to meeting and negotiation to approach the new partner.

+ Partner Monitoring: Tracking performance of partners under responsible, report & propose solution to BD Head if the performance not meet the expectation.

+ Cooperation Implementation: Coordinate with other stakeholder to implement cooperation with partners, and also be a project owner for new model development, if there’re request or potential integration model with partner, that have high chance to increase sale volume or improve customers qualified base for CUB

+ Other tasks as assigned by management.

+ Minimum 5 years’ experience in sale/partnership/business development

+ Good at excel, have ability to do MIS report

+ Understanding of partners’ relationship engagement

+ Proven partnership portfolio and network connection

+ Background in Consumer finance/Banking, Fintech, experience with mobile app integration

+ Understand & good knowledge of lending product/ digital trend

+ Highly effective communication & negotiation skill

+ Enable to work under the pressure

+ Friendly, can work & connect with people in team is a must have
