Business Development Admin Staff - Consumer Banking

• On-boarding Coordination: Managing the administrative checklist for new partners onboarding (ex: setting up Committee meeting, coordinating legal contract reviews, setting up tracking links, …)

• Partner Documentation: drafting and formatting commercial proposals under the direction of BD Seniors; important document storage in orders; tracking contract renewal dates to ensure no service gaps

• Performance tracking: Consolidate data to create daily, weekly or monthly performance report of partners

• Monthly Reconciliation: Align final volume with partners monthly and submit payment requests

• Partner relationship coordination: Acting as the first line of defense for non-strategic partner requests (report issues, customer service issues, …) ; Scheduling high-level strategy sessions between partners and internal leadership including preparing agendas and taking minutes

• System testing: Fulfil UAT test cases for system developing if required

• Other tasks as assigned by management

**Professional requirement:

• Partnership/key account management 1-2 year+ experience is preferred

• Background in Consumer finance/Banking, Fintech is an advantage

• Ability to use Excel/Sheets to build tracking reports

• Experience in using office tools such as Microsoft Office, … to manage tasks

• Basic understanding of lending product/ digital trend

• Effective communication & presentation skill

• Enable to work under the pressure

• Friendly, can work & connect with people in team is a must have

• Background in Consumer banking industry and solid understanding of lending and card services.

**Education:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a banking or equivalent practical experience

**Work experience:

1-2 years+ of Partnership/ Key Account management is preferable.

**Language skill:

Moderate writing/communication English.
