Ecommerce Specialist

1. SALES

• Support executes online platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, Tiktok) and internal sal

2. ORDER AND LOGISTICS

• Manage order status and delivery performance.
• Oversee inventory on platforms and internal systems.
• Generate Sale/Logistic reports.
• Ensure compliance with company standards.

3. INTENAL PROCESS

• Work closely with Sales Admin and Customer Service for the settlement process.
• Support team for pre and post-sales customer service progress on campaign da

4. OTHER TASKS:

• Perform additional duties as directed by the Line manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

1. Education background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Ecommerce/ Business Administration /Economics or related majors.

2. Working experience:

• At least 1-2 years of working experience in E-commerce/ Digital Marketing or related position

3. Skills:

• Proficiency in English and/or Chinese (both writing & speaking)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, ...) excel is a must
• Strong communication & Relationship management skills
• Strong organization & Mul-Task skills
• Strong knowledge about E-commerce or online platform

4. Others:

• Result-Oriented & Open-minded
• Time Management & Detail-Oriented
• Ability to work under high pressure
