Cloud Solutions Lead (Remote)

• Work closely with our sales team members, as a technical solutions advisor, presenting solutions for customer’s technical challenges
• Provide expert insights to existing and prospective customer base and industry verticals for trends and best practices to improve their efficiency
• Provide general IT Tech support for customers in APAC region
• Facilitate end-customer and partner’s technical requirements including: technical solution design, and planning, bidding, etc to assist the sales team to achieve team goals
• Manage the technology deployment, recommendations, reviews and architecture design.
• Compose and compile relevant technical materials in areas including, but not limited to: private cloud, hybrid cloud, distributed storage, container, network and security technical white papers, case studies, etc.
• Be a speaker/presenter of the company's cloud computing solutions
• Provide technical support to partners and assist partners to expand customers

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Full-time undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, or related field of study to Cloud Computing, with 3 – 5 years of work experience or above in the field of Cloud Computing / Engineering.
• 2 or more years of Experience within 1 or more of the following specific technology domain areas (cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security or Enterprise networking)
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly in English (or Mandarin)
• Experience with Enterprise IT architectures and familiar with Internet architecture.
• Experience in managing cloud computing products and solutions, such as IaaS/PaaS/SaaS, hosting, storage, network, hybrid cloud, etc.
• Experience in preparing solutions architectures, tender documents, etc.
• Project management capabilities and understanding of internal resource mobilization, customer expectation management, project risk prevention and control, amongst other ITPM principles and best practices.
