As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in managing and growing client accounts while driving revenue through IT Staffing & Outsourcing services.

• Manage and develop relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
• Identify opportunities to expand IT Staffing & IT Outsourcing services within assigned accounts (100% Vietnam market)
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling daily communication and business needs
• Conduct regular client meetings to understand hiring plans and propose suitable talent solutions
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and manage contract renewals in accordance with company policies
• Coordinate closely with Recruitment & Delivery teams to ensure successful and timely placements
• Monitor project progress, resolve client issues, and ensure service quality throughout contract execution
• Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities within existing clients

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• From 2+ years of experience as an Account Manager, Business Development, or Sales Executive
• Mandatory: Experience in IT Staffing or IT Outsourcing
• English communication: Intermediate level or above
• Strong account management and client relationship management skills
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
• Proactive, customer-oriented, and result-driven
