Chief Accountant - Nha Trang

- Manage, supervise and develop a team of accounting staffs;
- Preparation of profit and loss and cash flow forecasts, analyses, and various reports for management;
- Manage Tax declaration and finalization (VAT, CIT, FCT, PIT…);
- Planning, control and implementation of annual budgeting process;
- To built-up and improve accounting control system and operating procedures;
- Leads compliance with the business’s internal corporate framework policies and finance manuals;
- Coordinates with other departments, internal audit from Shareholders/ Group and external parties;
- Presentation to Board of Directors and/or company’s shareholders on the financial data or reports in English or Vietnamese languages as required; and
- Any other works assigned by Board of Directors.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance;
- Must possess a Chief Accountant Certificate;
- Having a CFA/ ACCA/ CPA certificate is a plus; and
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the same position,
- Experienced in Property business
Knowledge and Skills
- Proficient in MS Office, SunSystem or other ERP capacity is a plus;
- Proficiency in English is a must;
- Honest, careful, meticulous; and
- Able to multi-task.
