Chief Accountant (Chinese Speaking)

• Review and approve financial statements in compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and support reporting reconciliation with Group Reporting/IFRS requirements.
• Provide financial analysis, variance explanations, and management reports to support business decision-making.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings, including VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT, and e-invoice compliance.
• Liaise with tax authorities, manage tax audits/finalizations, and ensure compliance with customs regulations for import/export activities (EPE and non-EPE models).
• Monitor accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP), ensuring timely collections and payments.
• Manage cash flow forecasting, working capital, and optimize payment and credit terms with customers and suppliers.
• Lead, develop, and manage the accounting team to ensure high performance and compliance.
• Establish, implement, and maintain effective internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets and minimize operational risks.
• Support ERP implementation, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, Economics, or other related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Chief Accountant or senior accounting position within manufacturing environments, preferably in garments, textiles, accessories, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of VAS, IFRS, Vietnamese tax regulations, customs regulations, and financial reporting standards.
• Valid Chief Accountant Certificate is required. ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualifications are highly preferred. Hands-on experience with ERP systems and financial process optimization.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Chinese is required; proficiency in English will be a plus.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
