Chemical Engineering Staff

• BPFC Development: Develop and optimize Bonding Process Flow Charts (BPFC) by thoroughly evaluating product material components and making sound technical judgments to determine the most efficient and suitable bonding processes. Ensure all solutions meet product performance, quality, manufacturability, and cost requirements.

• Innovate & Commercialize: Lead the identification, evaluation, and commercialization of new chemical suppliers, adhesives, coatings, and bonding technologies. Partner closely with the HS Group and cross-functional teams to successfully integrate innovative solutions from concept development through mass production.

• Drive Sustainability: Champion sustainability initiatives by developing and implementing environmentally responsible chemical solutions, including low-VOC adhesives, bio-based materials, and circular recycling technologies that support the company's sustainability objectives.

• Solve Complex Challenges: Apply deep technical expertise to identify root causes of bonding- and chemical-related quality issues. Develop and implement effective corrective and preventive actions to enhance product performance, manufacturing efficiency, and overall quality.

• Build Organizational Expertise: Mentor and support teams within the HS Creation Center and HS Production Locations by sharing technical knowledge, strengthening engineering capabilities, and promoting best practices in chemical applications, bonding technologies, and process development.

• Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager

1. Experience

• Entry-level position. Comprehensive functional and professional training will be provided.

• Fresh graduates and university graduates from all majors are welcome to apply.

• No prior work experience is required; however, a willingness to learn and develop professionally is essential.

2. Skills

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and adapt to changing business needs.

• Basic English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in using common IT tools and software applications to support daily work activities.

3. Other Requirements

• Preference will be given to candidates residing in Long Thanh, Nhon Trach, or nearby areas, or those who are willing to relocate closer to the company.
