Footwear Lab Technician (Sample Footwear Development)

• Conduct mechanical analysis and laboratory testing to evaluate footwear product performance, materials, and components.

• Provide technical responses and support to AdiLab regarding testing results, technical issues, and validation requirements.

• Validate innovative materials, constructions, and technologies to ensure compliance with technical and performance standards.

• Analyze testing data and provide technical recommendations to support product development and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, development, and commercialization teams to ensure technical alignment throughout product development stages.

• Develop and maintain laboratory testing procedures, protocols, and technical documentation.

• Ensure accuracy, reliability, and consistency of laboratory testing results and analysis reports.

• Support troubleshooting activities related to product performance, durability, and material functionality.

• Monitor and implement industry testing standards, methodologies, and best practices.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to testing processes, validation methods, and technical analysis capabilities.

• Ensure laboratory activities comply with company standards, customer requirements, and safety regulations.

• Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in the footwear industry, particularly in testing, laboratory analysis, or product validation.

• Strong knowledge of footwear mechanical testing, material analysis, and laboratory validation processes.

• Experience in technical communication and coordination with AdiLab or similar testing organizations.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving skills.

• Ability to interpret testing data and provide technical recommendations for product improvement.

• Good communication, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Familiarity with industry testing standards and validation methodologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Material Science, Footwear Technology, Chemistry, or related field is preferred.
