Footwear 3D Designer

- Create Relax lasts, 3D silhouettes, and 3D upper modeling/rendering based on the required process.

- Contribute to 3D modeling projects both collaboratively within a team environment and independently.

- Deliver high-quality work with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.

- Coordinate with subject matter experts to gather and understand process and functional information.

- Maintain departmental modeling standards, workflows, and equipment.

- Manage and maintain the department’s model library and archive, including handling and organizing shared files.

- Provide weekly progress updates on assigned projects and ensure deadlines are met.

- Develop understanding of physical footwear manufacturing processes, including cutting, stitching, assembly, and material properties/specifications.

- Continuously enhance knowledge of new 3D software technologies and footwear manufacturing processes.

- Ensure strong adherence to project timelines, calendar deadlines, and effective time management practices.

- Other tasks as assigned by line leader

Yêu cầu công việc

- 1 - 3 year of hands-on experience with Rhino and/or Blender. CLO software, along with a factory-based technical shoemaking background in the footwear industry.

- Demonstrated passion for and knowledge of digital creation systems across multiple industries.

- Degree in Footwear Design, Industrial Design, or equivalent qualification.

- Strong communication and organizational skills.

- Knowledge of HSV and brand development communication channels is an advantage.

- Proficiency in English is required.

- Ability to work effectively with limited source materials, including creating 3D files from scans or converting 2D sketches, tech packs, or shell patterns into 3D Rhino files. Strong problem-solving skills and ingenuity are required to gather and interpret the necessary information to complete assignments successfully.
