Our client is a fast-growing Vietnamese company in Industrial Real Estate, established in 2022, with a strong position in industrial real estate advisory and investment promotion.

The company is now entering an exciting phase of transformation, expanding from its core advisory business into an integrated ecosystem covering digital platform, industrial real estate investment and development, and international FDI connectivity.

Growth & Vision

With an ambitious long-term vision to build a leading Vietnamese industrial real estate brand with global reach, the company is:

- Expanding into industrial real estate investment & development, with the first projects targeted from 2027.

- Developing a digital platform for industrial real estate transactions.

- Building an ecosystem for FDI investors and industrial real estate partners.

- Exploring international expansion, particularly across China, Korea and Taiwan.

- Pursuing a long-term roadmap towards IPO.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a CEO to work closely with the Chairman and lead the company through its next stage of Scale-up & Transformation.

This is a builder role, rather than simply managing an established organization. The CEO will have significant ownership in shaping the business strategy, building the organization and driving execution.

Key responsibilities:

- Translate the Chairman's vision into business strategy, execution and measurable results.

- Lead the company's scale-up journey, including organization, leadership team, KPI and performance management.

- Build scalable systems across Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR, Finance and other functions.

- Drive the development of new business models, including digital platform and industrial real estate investment/development.

- Strengthen partnerships with investors, industrial park developers and strategic partners.

- Lead the company's Go Global agenda, particularly across China, Korea and Taiwan.

- Leverage technology, data and AI to improve business performance and scalability.

Yêu cầu công việc

- 10+ years of experience, with strong senior management / P&L ownership.

- Proven track record in building, transforming or scaling a business.

- Strong combination of business acumen + organization building + execution.

- Experience from Industrial Real Estate, Real Estate, Investment, Consulting, Financial Services, Technology or other B2B businesses is welcome.

- Experience in IPO, fundraising, M&A or digital transformation is a strong plus.

- Strong English and experience working with international clients/partners.

- Entrepreneurial, decisive and comfortable operating in a fast-changing, high-growth environment.
