Cargo Booking & Customer Service | T&T Global Travel Services GSA for Air India Cargo

- In this role you will be responsible for booking request from freight forwarders and direct customers and release the Booking Confirmation to Agent,

- input their data in booking system according to airline system,

- Coordinate with all agents to ensure the input full data in airlines system,

- Maintain a close coordination between airlines and customers by ensuring their shipments are transferred, delivered on time at Cargo Terminal

- To coordinate accomplishment of tasks with client and internal departments to ensure/ enhance a high-quality service of export.

- Track & trace the cargo status through Airlines system and update to clients/agent

- Supporting Sales team to handle all reports .

- Distribute all cargo related information to all concerned parties, including customers, agents.

Yêu cầu công việc

- You must have completed college or higher and have a good command of English language ( Chinese is an advantage).

- You have a minimum 02 years of work experience in the airfreight industry, of which are required in Cargo Customer Services.

- Basic Rating experience is also required as well as an understanding of IATA/TACT regulations.

- You will be computer literate and familiar with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, outlook, Power point).

Working days: Monday–Friday (08:00–17:30), Saturday (08:00–12:00)

Every other Saturday off after probation
