Cargo Sales Supervisor - T&T Global Travel Services GSA for Air India Cargo

- Developing and execute sales Strategy to achieve revenue target for Air Cargo product

- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share in Vietnam

- Providing the quotation to the Cargo Agent / clients

- Build and maintain strong relationship with airlines HDQ and agents,

- Performing all aspects of sales process and input/output the relevant information in the system

- Solving the problem for the Agent/clients

- Monitor market trends, competition, and demand to adjust pricing strategies effectively

- Analyze market conditions to identify new opportunities or threats

- Following up the statement of the clients, the payment schedule and cross-checking with Finance Dept. for the payment

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient services delivery and customer satisfaction

- Prepare regular sales report for performance evaluation,

Qualifications

- At least 2 years’ experience in Air Cargo Sales and have experience in AIR FREIGHT LOGISTICS, GSA Industry is advantage.

- Knowledge of International Freight Forwarding, Airlines GSA.

- Flexible and proactive approach towards challenges.

- Able to work independently or in group.

- Good command of English or Chinese is advantage.

Working days: Monday–Friday (08:00–17:30), Saturday (08:00–12:00)
