C&B Supervisor

Job Description:
Calculating employee and contractor salaries
Tracking increases/decreases in social insurance (BHXH)
Implementing employee benefits and policies
Tracking and preparing employment contracts and amendments
Personal income tax (TNCN) finalization
Monitoring staff changes and movements
Requirements:
Education level , certification:
Age: 28 - 35 years old
College or University degree: Priority formajor related to Human Resources Management
Experience:
At least
04 years working with the familiar responsibility
Deep knowledge about Labor code, Insurance, PIT and other law andregulation relating to HR Field: C&B
Good Skill relating to calculatingPayroll, PIT, Insurance….
Individual Characteristics:
Communication with calm,effectively, out-going, sense of humor, friendly and open-minded
High sense of responsibility inconfidential matter
Be able to work under high pressure
Languages, computers, etc...
Good written and verbalcommunication skills, both in English and Vietnamese
Good at computer skills (Word,Excel, Power point...)
