Business Intelligence Analyst (BI)

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor business performance across all markets, identifying trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.

• Diagnose performance issues down to root causes, and translate them into specific, quantified, and actionable recommendations (answer-first, decision-ready).

• Develop and maintain a performance data warehouse and real-time dashboards to support leadership decision-making.

• Produce periodic performance reports (performance packs) with clear improvement call-outs.

• Conduct deep-dive analyses on key business problems and deliver structured recommendation memos.

• Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Market Development) to provide data-driven insights for strategic decisions.

• Support new market launches through market analysis, performance tracking, and identifying optimization opportunities.

Yêu cầu công việc

• 4–5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Strategy Analytics

• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

• Proven ability to structure problems and derive root causes from data

• Experience working with large datasets in fast-paced, data-rich environments

• Strong communication skills with ability to present insightful, decision-ready outputs

• Fluent in English
