- Strategic Market Expansion: Elevate corporate presence and market footprint within the Japanese commercial segment; identify and cultivate high-value domestic and multinational enterprise accounts.
- Business Portfolio Management: Spearhead business acquisition strategies and revenue growth initiatives specifically within the rigid plastic packaging and specialized molding sectors.
- Commercial & Contractual Governance: Lead high-level commercial negotiations, set pricing strategies, structure master agreements, and oversee corporate participation in international tenders.
- Client Solution Engineering: Design custom operational, technical, and supply chain solutions aligned with partner manufacturing requirements to ensure long-term retention.
- Business Intelligence & Forecasting: Formulate strategic business plans, execute rigorous article costings, and analyze competitive landscapes alongside market trend shifts.
- Cross-Functional Executive Support: Advise Country Management on key market decisions while serving as the primary liaison between client requirements and internal teams (Quality, Operations, Finance, and Technical).
Yêu cầu công việc
- Nationality & Working Location: Japanese national who can be based in Vietnam.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or relevant fields.
- Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven track record in business development, sales acquisition, or marketing within rigid plastic packaging manufacturing for Japanese accounts.
- Language Proficiency: Business-fluent English skills (essential for daily liaison with Regional Directors and Group Executives).
