Business Development Manager_Automotive Industry

• Achieve sales and financial targets within the assigned territory through effective sales planning and execution.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitors, and business opportunities to drive growth.
• Evaluate customer potential, develop account strategies, and identify opportunities for business expansion.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze results, and implement corrective actions to meet business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers while coordinating with internal teams to resolve business issues.
• Lead the implementation of marketing initiatives and ensure achievement of business objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans, including long-term growth strategies, joint business plans, and operational action plans with key customers.
• Protect the company's brand by identifying and addressing any unauthorized or improper use in the market.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor degree in Commercial/ Business Administration/ Foreign trade/ marketing 
• 5 years experience in key account management in similar industry. 
• Automobile industry is preferable. 
• Proficiency English in written & speaking & presentation is a MUST (B2 level) 
• Willing to travel, work outdoors, with potential for non-standard work hours and/or weekends. 
• Good skill on analyzing commercial data & planning action
